He has been privileged to share insights that foster physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual growth, helping countless people unlock their potential and embrace a more harmonious way of living In Norman’s own words, “Over the past decade, I’ve embraced a life of introspection and resilience. Navigating through the complexities of physical pain and emotional challenges, I’ve learned the art of living with discomfort while consciously steering clear of addictive painkillers.
My journey has been one of solitude, often marked by days of silent reflection, yet it has not hardened my heart. Instead, it has fortified my patience and tolerance towards others, teaching me the profound strength that lies in compassion and understanding.
It is and was always meditation that guided me through this time.”

As of my teachers once said.“Norman, who is your best friend?
It is your mantra my son! Because your mantra will always be
there for you all through your life.”
